I'm new, and my keycode doesnt work... The store wont take it back what do i do with it? Im just goin 2 buy a keycode online from the website...

Also if any of you play SWG, you might know some of my toons.

If your key does not work, and the store is a real store and won't take it back, then first make sure you have scrapped away all the silver coating, then make sure you are putting in the right code. There have been some problems with the font that was chosen leading to users inputing the wrong codes. If all else fails, create a support ticket and provide proof of ownership when requested, arena Net should be able to help you.

I can attest to that font being a pain with that silver covering they put on it. I had trouble putting in my Factions key when I bought it from a store. Since then, I've just purchased my keys from the online store. It automatically links the key to your account (if you purchase it in-game) and emails the key to you. Much easier IMO.
